Sending under about 140 items a month? KineticZero is usually best: no monthly fee and 50p a unit. Sending more? Kinetic+ takes 10p off every item you ship, so it pays for itself at 250 items a month, or just 123 if you pay annually. You also get faster, guaranteed turnaround, and priority support 7 days a week. KineticX is for high-volume sellers who need same-day turnaround.

Tiers make your price hard to predict. Miss a tier by a few units and your whole bill jumps, so sellers end up buying extra stock just to hit the next one. With one flat rate per plan you always know what each unit costs: 50p on KineticZero, or 40p on a membership plan, all prep included.

Yes. Membership plans take 10p off every item, so the more you send, the more you save. And because your plan fee is shared across every unit, your all-in cost per unit keeps dropping: on Kinetic+ paid annually, 250 units a month works out at about 45p a unit all in, and 2,500 units at just over 40p.

On Kinetic+ and KineticX, if we miss your plan’s turnaround (72 hours on Kinetic+, 24 hours on KineticX), you don’t pay for the prep on that shipment.

On KineticZero and monthly membership plans there’s a minimum £100 spend to open an account. It’s taken when you join and added to your account as credit, so it pays for your first £100 of prep and fees. It isn’t an extra charge, but it is non-refundable. Annual plans don’t need it.

We send one invoice a month. On KineticZero you’re invoiced on the 1st of the month and pay by bank transfer. On Kinetic+ and KineticX, invoices come through Stripe and you can pay by debit or credit card with no processing fee. Pay by credit card and you get your card’s payment terms on top of ours, so your stock has time to sell before the cost leaves your bank. You can also choose your invoice date: line it up with the start of your credit card cycle and it can be up to around 85 days from your stock being prepped to the money leaving your account.

No. We’re not VAT registered, so there’s no VAT to add. The prices you see are what you pay.

Annual billing is available on Kinetic+ and KineticX. Pay for 12 months up front and you get 51% off your plan fee. Kinetic+ is £146.94 a year instead of £299.88, a saving of £152.94: over half off. Annual plans are paid up front and non-refundable.

Yes. You can upgrade at any time, and the new plan price applies from your next billing date. You can downgrade or cancel with 30 days’ notice by emailing us.

No long contracts. Monthly plans run month to month and can be cancelled with 30 days’ notice. Annual plans are paid up front for 12 months.

Each plan includes free storage: 14 days on KineticZero, 30 days on Kinetic+ and unlimited on KineticX. After that, storage is £90 per cubic metre per month.

Anything over Amazon’s standard-size limits, the size and weight thresholds Amazon uses to classify products as oversize. Oversized units are £1.10 each on KineticZero or £1.00 on a membership plan. Everything else is a standard unit at 50p, or 40p on a membership plan.

There are two ways to get it. If you’re a wholesale seller with enough volume, you can get 30p on every unit you send. And if you usually pay our standard rates, say you mainly sell arbitrage, you can still get 30p on any one-off bulk or wholesale order of 500+ units. Either way, it’s agreed before the stock arrives and offered at our discretion.

It’s for every new client shipping 1,000+ units a month, whether you’re switching from another prep centre, moving from self-prep or just getting started. We take £50 off your invoice each month for your first 6 months, in any month you send 1,000 units.
