How does the £300 credit work?

It’s for every new client shipping 1,000+ units a month, whether you’re switching from another prep centre, moving from self-prep or just getting started. We take £50 off your invoice each month for your first 6 months, in any month you send 1,000 units.

Is there a cheaper rate for wholesale?

Yes, £0.30 per unit, in two ways. Wholesale sellers with enough volume can get it on every unit. And if you’re usually on 40p, you can still get 30p on any one-off bulk or wholesale order of 500+ units. Either way, it’s agreed before the stock arrives and offered at our discretion.

Do you handle dangerous goods?

Yes, we handle all dangerous goods that Amazon accepts into FBA. Just mark them as DG when you book your stock in. It’s £2 per DG shipment.

How long does switching take?

Less than 30 minutes. We’ll set you up with your client code and our address within the hour, then you just send your next orders to us. There’s no need to move stock from your old prep centre: anything already there can finish going out as normal.

Where are you based?

We’re based in Shoreham-by-Sea, West Sussex, on the south coast. We work with Amazon sellers right across the UK. Most send stock straight from their suppliers, so it doesn’t matter where you are.
